About Preet
I believe people naturally strive for growth and fulfillment. Life, however, often places obstacles in our path. During such times, working alongside a mental health professional (me) and the expert of your life (you) can foster meaningful change. Together, we will identify your goals and harness your innate strengths in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
I work in English and Punjabi, with adults, adolescents, children, and families. My practice covers anxiety, depression, life transitions, situational crises, relationship and behavioural concerns, school and work stress, suicidal ideation, and self-harm — with particular focus on youth, diverse populations, and adults with developmental disabilities. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally respectful.

Tell us what’s going on and ask anything — insurance, format, fees, what a first session looks like. You’ll be on the call with one of our therapists, and we’ll go from there together. If we’re not the right practice for you, we’ll say so.
