About Farah

I believe in building strong relationships with clients founded on trust, empathy and mutual respect, so that individuals feel understood and are encouraged to create positive change in their lives.

I provide individual counselling in a number of different areas, including abuse, depression, guilt and shame, life transitions, self-care, self-esteem, and suicide. I also provide couples counselling and have completed training from the Gottman Institute (Levels 1 & 2), taking a research-based approach to creating stronger relationships.

I adopt an eclectic approach to counselling, which is wholly dependent on individuals’ needs. I am currently not accepting new clients — our team can recommend a colleague who is.

Services Farah offers

Farah works in individual counselling, couples counselling, and online counselling. All sessions are available in-person at the Killarney office or online across Alberta.

Twenty minutes. On the phone. No pressure.

Tell us what’s going on and ask anything — insurance, format, fees, what a first session looks like. You’ll be on the call with one of our therapists, and we’ll go from there together. If we’re not the right practice for you, we’ll say so.
