About Raisa
Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the future. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in creating meaningful change.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, and suicidality. Together, we explore the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while building practical tools to support healing, resilience, and growth.
A significant focus of my practice is working with couples caught in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or hurt. Drawing from evidence-based relationship interventions, I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you are navigating conflict, disconnection, or a loss of trust, therapy can be an opportunity to better understand one another and build a stronger path forward.
As a culturally responsive therapist, I recognize that our identities, family systems, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to bring your whole self into the therapeutic process.
