About Noor

I recognize that taking the first stride to seek therapy can be a challenging step, requiring great courage and resilience. I firmly believe that every individual’s story and healing journey are distinct, and my commitment is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and trusted. When you share your story with me, you are not only sharing your challenges, but your strengths, values, and beliefs. I honour these deeply, ensuring that our work together respects your cultural sensitivities and holistic wellbeing.

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. I am anchored in a client-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective, ensuring each session is tailored to best serve your specific needs and goals.

I am passionate about working with diverse populations and provide counselling in areas including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, trauma, loss and grief, burnout, stress, anger, life transitions, and relationship issues. Whether you are dealing with individual challenges, relationship dynamics, or family concerns, I am here to be alongside you and empower you.

My approach to counselling is collaborative. Together, we will navigate the complexities of life, focusing on your goals and aspirations.
