I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Practices. I am anchored in a client-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective, ensuring that each therapeutic session is tailored to best serve your specific needs and goals.

I am passionate about working with diverse populations and provide counselling in various areas including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, trauma, loss and grief, burnout, stress, anger, life transitions, and relationship issues. Whether you are dealing with individual challenges, relationship dynamics, or family concerns, I am here to be alongside you and empower you.
