Through empathy, trust, and warmth, I strive to make you feel supported and valued. I believe in empowering clients to develop skills to thrive, overcome obstacles, and accomplish mental health, wellness, and career goals.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to meet clients’ needs. I offer individual counselling to adults with concerns such as mental illness, chronic pain, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, loneliness, and career concerns. In addition, I provide couples counselling using research-based methods to equip couples with the tools to improve relationships, inspire change, and manage conflict.
