Jessica Low, MC.
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Underscoring every strong therapeutic bond between client and therapist, is trust, mutual respect, and understanding. The strength of this bond is what determines how effective a therapist is in empowering clients to make change in their lives. I aspire to provide a safe space for my clients to express themselves freely, and to support them on their journey to and through happiness.
I provide individual and couples counselling services across a number of areas of concern, including anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, conflict management, guilt/shame, self-esteem, trauma, and suicide. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches in therapy, though recognize that therapy is most effective when individualizing approaches to counselling to suit client needs.
Finding a therapist that fits is important. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you determine if I'm that match. Let’s have a chat and find out together.
