About Natasha

I aim to bring warmth, humour, and genuineness to my work, and I want clients to feel comfortable showing up as themselves. I value honest conversations, mutual respect, and the occasional opportunity to laugh at the absurdity of being human.

I provide individual counselling to adults and teens, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, and the challenges that can come with parenting and motherhood. My previous career as a teacher also shaped my interest in working with teens and supporting them through the challenges of growing up.

I take an eclectic and individualized approach to counselling, drawing on EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

Sometimes we need to make sense of the past, sometimes we need tools for the present, and sometimes we need a little help figuring out where we want to go next. My goal is to meet clients where they are and work collaboratively toward what matters most to them.

Natasha works in individual counselling, couples counselling, teen counselling, and online counselling. All sessions are available in-person at the Killarney office or online across Alberta.

Twenty minutes. On the phone. No pressure.

Tell us what’s going on and ask anything — insurance, format, fees, what a first session looks like. You’ll be on the call with one of our therapists, and we’ll go from there together. If we’re not the right practice for you, we’ll say so.
