About Kristina

Through empathy, trust, and warmth, I strive to make you feel supported and valued. I believe in empowering clients to develop skills to thrive, overcome obstacles, and accomplish mental health, wellness, and career goals.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to meet clients’ needs. I offer individual counselling to adults navigating grief and bereavement, end-of-life and death and dying, burnout, career transitions, anxiety, depression, and mental illness. I also provide Gottman Method couples counselling to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and manage conflict.

Asking for support is a challenging — yet brave — first step.

Services Kristina offers

Kristina works in individual counselling, couples counselling, and online counselling. All sessions are available in-person at the Killarney office or online across Alberta.

Tell us what’s going on and ask anything — insurance, format, fees, what a first session looks like. You’ll be on the call with one of our therapists, and we’ll go from there together. If we’re not the right practice for you, we’ll say so.
