About Hailey
We all experience difficulties in our lives, however no matter what these difficulties might be, we don’t have to face them alone.
As a counselling psychologist, I strive to form therapeutic relationships with my clients that are built on trust, respect, and compassion. Through this relationship, my goal is to ensure individuals feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in order to improve their wellbeing.
I provide counselling to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns — anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anger, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, identity, relationship issues, and addiction.
My approach to therapy is highly integrative — I draw from several modalities that best fit the individual and their needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Tell us what’s going on and ask anything — insurance, format, fees, what a first session looks like. You’ll be on the call with one of our therapists, and we’ll go from there together. If we’re not the right practice for you, we’ll say so.
