Sometimes we need someone to talk to and listen to us without judgement. In making this first step to reach out, you don’t have to navigate life’s many challenges alone. I am committed to helping you build healthy relationships with yourself, others, and the world around you.

I appreciate that each individual is unique and believe that your therapeutic journey should be as well. Through a compassionate and non-judgemental approach, my goal is to provide you with the safe, inviting, and trusting space that you deserve to feel empowered in your own journey toward healing.

I offer individual counselling in various areas including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, guilt/shame, stress, self-esteem, self-empowerment, addictions, life transitions, and grief. I utilize a strengths-based approach which encompasses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also provide couples counselling and take a researched-based approach to help couples discover the tools they need to communicate, connect, and rebuild healthy relationships.
